Challenge:

Stagnant online sales, low customer retention and lack of relevant content for customers to be inclined to return. Citrix Mobility Apps division recognized that their online channel was suffering. Customers who traditionally contacted their sales team were now increasingly looking to digital channels and visiting their online properties on desktop and mobile devices.

Solution:

Created a flexible and fluid information architecture that enhanced the user experience and improved ability to promote multiple Mobility Apps brands and cross-promote their products and services. >Redesigned the content strategy to map to the stages within the customer life-cyle and achieve better organization. >Streamlined the customer education process by creating a new Global Resource Center where users can quickly access, search and sort educational content types from any Mobility Apps product type to aid users in their purchasing decision. >Implemented and designed a separate personalized experience for returning customers that presented targeted and more relevant content based on usage increasing engagement and retention rates.
